Jerri Fosdick is a consultant whose primary purpose is to help people in organizations accomplish their goals and create environments which support and celebrate their contributions.

Jerri is best known for developing leadership teams where differences in style and perspective must to be channeled towards a common vision. Clients value her counsel because it reflects fairness, empathy, intelligence, humor, and 25 years of experience in organizational work. They demonstrate their trust in her by asking her to work with them over the long term, and readily refer her to colleagues inside and outside of their organizations.

Jerri's other skills and experiences include developing managers and leaders, managing and troubleshooting organizational conflict, assessing organizational effectiveness, diagnosing organizational problems and managing complex organizational change.

Prior to her consulting experience Jerri was a successful manager and organizational leader. She worked in situations where vision had to be created, plans developed, people managed, budgets met, leadership demonstrated and results achieved. Jerri's first hand leadership experience within organizations ensures that she brings a practical perspective to the problems of her clients..

Born and raised in South Minneapolis, Jerri earned her BS degree from Gustavus Adolphus College, St. Peter, Minnesota and an MS degree from the University of Minnesota. She spent two years as a post-graduate Fellow at the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations in London.

For four years, Jerri was an adjunct faculty member at the University of St. Thomas' executive MBA program where she taught organizational change and transition. She is also a frequent guest lecturer in organizational behavior at the University of Minnesota. .

Jerri's clients range from large corporations to small non-profits, universities and government. Client organizations have included Wells Fargo Bank, Target Corporation, SuperValu, Pfizer, Allstate Insurance, 3M, University of Minnesota, Minnesota Dept. of Revenue, The Jefferson Center, The Commonwealth Fund, Synet Service Corporation, DairyCrest Foods, Allina Health Care System and Bemis Company. She received a Quality Service Award from the Minnesota Council for Quality for her work with the Minnesota Department of Trade and Economic Development.
